Its working principle is that when the bottle container passes through the magnetic induction area of the sealing machine, the aluminum foil gasket in the cover will be recognized by induction, and the metal aluminum attached to the gasket will be hot instantly, and the bonding layer on the gasket will be melted to the bottle head and merged into one, so as to achieve the purpose of beautiful and firm product sealing.
Electromagnetic induction aluminum foil sealing machine is not suitable for metal containers, metal bottle caps and anodized spray caps, and can not be placed on the metal surface to press the heating button, otherwise it will damage the machine. In case of metal cap and anodized spray paint cap, aluminum foil sealing can be done first and then screw on the cap. Before purchasing the electromagnetic induction aluminum foil sealer, please measure the diameter of the sealing bottle you need, select the appropriate sealing model, determine the line sealing speed per minute, and select the appropriate power model. It can be used alone, and can be connected with filling machine, labeling machine and other production line.
