How does liquid filling machine work?
Filling machines are designed for efficient production, especially for liquid bottling operations. Filling systems are available in a variety of designs, from semi-automatic desktop versions to very efficient automatic multi-head filling machines. The purpose of the filling machine is to efficiently place a precise amount of liquid into each container based on time, weight, volume, or a combination of these measurements.
With semi-automated liquid filling machines, each bottle is usually placed under the machine manually, and a person may also be responsible for deciding when the machine starts and stops releasing liquid into the container.
The automatic filling machine controls the entire liquid filling process. Typically, a conveyor belt brings a clean bottle into a sensor-identified filling area, and the machine dispenses the liquid, fills the exact volume into each bottle or bag, and then moves the container to the capping and sealing station.
